We are in the middle of the month of March, traditionally known throughout the Church of God of Prophecy as World Mission Drive. This missions emphasis provides one of two annual opportunities in which to invest in Mission Giving in support of our national leaders and mission nations.

As we communicate the stories and testimonies from the nations, we celebrate what the Holy Spirit is doing. We are witnesses to the initiation of new and unique ministries. We are experiencing a fresh fire in prayer for those who are on the front lines of mission activity in line with the will of God with a conscious focus and a constant reminder that this effort concerns rescuing souls for an eternity.

Paul encourages from Ephesians 4:16 NASB, "from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love." For the Church of God of Prophecy, this building up in love is often expressed through our local churches partnering in the global harvest through prayer and giving.

Harvest Partner Project Giving from local churches, or what we have referred to as level 2 giving, complements the Helping Hand Ministry - which is an opportunity given for individuals to contribute to active mission projects. Together these combine to assist the nations through ministry support, building construction, transportation vehicles and disaster response to every region within our mission network. In the wake of crises throughout the world, these ministries rally to provide communication efforts and financial support over and above normal and budgetary Mission Giving.
