Chili Cook-off and Fall Festival

What a great time we had Saturday at our 5th Annual Chili Cook-off and Fall Festival Saturday. I believe this one was the biggest yet. It just gets bigger and better every year! We had plenty of chili for everyone, a fun puppet show for the children (and adults), outdoor games for the children, lots of door prizes, a karaoke contest, a cake walk, pumpkin decorating, a hay ride, and lots of  fun, fun, fun! Everyone had a great time of fellowship and chili eatin'!

We would like to thank everyone who came out to visit and participate and pray that you felt welcome and will visit us again real soon. Thanks to all of our judges for taking the time to taste all of the chili...I know that had to be a hard task to decide which was the best! Also, a special thank you to all of the local businesses that gave donations for door prizes or monetary donations to our building fund. A detailed list will be posted soon to recognize these businesses so that we can show our appreciation for them. This Chili Cook-off is an annual event that we have to raise funds for our building fund. This year, we raised almost $900! Praise God!

Winners of the Chili Cook-off were:
