A Message for Memorial Day

America~she is still a great nation, probably the best that has ever been on this earth, founded on the principles that make the United States the blessed land that it has been, principles found in the Word of God Almighty. But, we are in trouble, we have gone astray, taken the road of destruction, undone in only a few years what our forefathers fought to attain for many years in some very tough battles.

The latest outrage from the White House was to demand that Israel give away land! Just imagine!! Very few reporters were allowed inside while these talks were taking place. Our own government had been planning to force Netanyahu to give back Israel's land, but the Prime Minister stood strong, face-to-face with Obama, saying those terms were non-negotiable! Thank God for such a strong leader-Israel must be always on the defense to survive.

The tornadoes and floods here in the US have been some of the worst since the '30s. We are in the end-times: you put pressure on Israel--you will pay the price.

Let's go over a little bit of REAL American history you might not find in the textbooks today:

The first Community building in the new colony in America was a church.

The Puritan's first act was to pray, praise, and dedicate anything they did or built to God.

William Penn made sure all officials professed Jesus Christ as Lord or they could not take office.

Did you know that the law of the land is based on the Ten Commandments?

The Supreme Court Building has the 10 Commandments on the building, and the Federal Building has Moses and the 10 Commandments on the front.

Our first President said we can't govern without God, and the Congress of 1782 recognized the Bible in public schools.

The framers of the Constitution encouraged God and the 10 Commandments, the US is founded on Christianity, the Constitution ends in "year of our Lord", we actually ARE One Nation Under God.

You can safely say that God birthed America. He helped the US in wartime. History books (before the '50s and 60's) tell of His divine intervention in the affairs of America. Those who are in the position to do so will write and re-write school books, but nothing can ever change history itself and the role that our Heavenly Father played in our beginnings as a great nation.
